- Eligibility for Returns
- Fabrics once cut to order, blouse pieces, and customized tailoring/embroidery work are not eligible for return or refund.
- Only unused, uncut, and unopened items may be considered for return within 3 days of purchase.
- Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Any damaged or altered items will not be accepted. - Return Process
- Customers must inform us immediately via phone or in-store visit regarding their return request.
- Approved returns should be sent/delivered back to our store at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (if applicable) or as store credit.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible products of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
