Return and Refund Policy

At Savitha Fashions, we value customer satisfaction and ensure quality in every fabric, saree, and tailoring material. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Fabrics once cut to order, blouse pieces, and customized tailoring/embroidery work are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Only unused, uncut, and unopened items may be considered for return within 3 days of purchase.
  2. Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Any damaged or altered items will not be accepted.
  3. Return Process
    • Customers must inform us immediately via phone or in-store visit regarding their return request.
    • Approved returns should be sent/delivered back to our store at the customer’s expense.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
    • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (if applicable) or as store credit.
  5. Exchange Policy
    • Exchanges are allowed for eligible products of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
    • Subject to stock availability.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    • Cut fabrics
    • Blouse pieces
    • Embroidery & tailoring services
    • Discounted or clearance items
  7. Timeframe
    Approved refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.
